"CMDB2.0.1_InstallationConfigurationGuide.pdf" says, "You
cannot upgrade directly from BMC Atrium CMDB 1.0 or 1.1 to
version 2.0.1. If you have version 1.0 or 1.1, you must
upgrade to version 1.1 patch 002 and then upgrade that to
version 2.0.1." (p 15).

It reminds me of the old saying that "No matter what you have
to do you always have to do something else first."

Rick, you are right, they at least do give you instructions on
how to upgrade, so at least I don't have to export and
re-import the data.
