I am having one of those days, and I can't seem to get this nailed
down. I am running a query to find how many cases have been open for
longer that 48 hrs from 1/4/2007. Our business time is from 8 - 5 and
we are not open on weekends. I know I would have to exclude weekends
from the search, but it is eluding me at this point. Any help would be
appreciated.
