I'm wondering if this is a bug or just something going wrong on my system? I had one of my users complain about the AM/PM being opposite of what they select and I verified that it is selecting it wrong.
On the Mid Tier with any date/time field, if I click the little calendar button to pop up the date it defaults to 12:00:00 AM. I click on the hour field, click the down arrow 3 times and it shows 9:00:00 AM, I click ok, the time that it inputs into the field is 9:00:00 PM. I repeat it and this time I try changing the AM/PM after I change the hour and it still always puts in the opposite, AM if it's showing PM, PM if it's showing AM.
