Have any of you having these large number of CTI's tried modifying the SHR:Categorization form and adding a Assignee Group field and then modifying the workflow beneath so that you can restrict the groups to their relevant CTI's? I've done it at a site and it works pretty well so instead of a Category meny of more than 40 rows, a given group would see a smaller list..
My case though was that they didn't want groups to see stuff that was not relevant to them - we didn't do it because there was a huge list of CTI's.. The list in our case was not more than 5 or 6 hundred and the Categories was not more than 10 or 15 in all.. but after the restriction each group saw about 3 or 4 or slightly more categories...
