Software maker racks up profits after the bust, but its stock price is
still short of its peak
BMC seeks path to full recovery

BMC Software has reported profits for six quarters in a row for the
first time since the high-tech bust, but its share price is still far
short of its peak as the company works to re-establish its reputation as
a growth company.
