Hi, Robert: Same environment, but still on ARS 6.3 Patch 18 (Windows 2003, SQL Server 2000): Thank you for this information. If I were you, I would definitely report this to Tech Support as soon as humanly possible. Don't forget the all import logs. We're about to embark on upgrading our Dev environment to ARS 6.3 patch 20 in the next couple of days. Did you upgrade ALL components, including the email engine? Did you upgrade using file replacement or the installer? What patch were you on before 19 or 20 were applied? Inquiring minds want to know. I'm sorry that I don't have anything to offer, yet.
