Thanks for all the suggestions for this problem. I opened a ticket with Remedy support and they said that that there was a defect created for the issue, SW00225363, and that the fix included in AR and MidTier 7.0.1. ARG
We don't have 7.0.1 yet, no time to play with it. Anyone out there have it and willing to run a quick test?
