Hello all,

So my company is currently deploying it's first true Remedy solution
with Help Desk, Asset Mgmt, and Change Mgmt.

It's a 6.3 instal on 64bit Linux (Red Hat3) with CMDB and such...

My question is this, what 3rd party tools or programs do I really need
to support this thing?

I have seen some tools that can show you current licenses and such, in
real time. But I don't know where to get them.
