We have a request from our client that we are unable to resolve at this moment.... May be one of you did something similar to what is required This is what we are trying to do. We need to have an internal tool (a web page) open once a ticket is created for a specific equipment. Currently, we are opening a dialogue box that contains a view field pointing to the URL required to open the tool. This portion is working perfectly well. We do see the diagnostique information for the equipment.... The problem is that we need to be able to capture the information being posted in the view field and copy it in a field on the ticket. We tried with the open window action, but all we get on the close is the URL that was used to open the dialogue with the view field. Since we need the information at the moment of the call, the URL is useless. Any clue?
