Attention everyone! (except Axton, who "doesn't know me") (c:

First off, I apologize if this has already been solved, but I was gone
for the holidays.

A while back, say November, there was a thread concerning people getting
errors when attempting to download patches from Remedy's, er... BMC's
support site. They got a message like this:

"Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name
correctly and that you have permission to access the folder

The connection with the server was reset."

Today I stumbled on a fix (or should it be called a workaround?) - in
Internet Explorer, go to Tools -- Internet Options - Advanced Tab.
Scroll down and uncheck the option "Enable folder view for FTP sites"
and click OK. THEN click the 'download patch' button.
