Richard, I don't know if you saw my submitted idea, but it was to do a
search of (('Entry ID' >= (nextId - 100)), put the results in a table field,
sort it by Entry ID descending, and have a chunk value of 50 on the table
field. That would give you the last 50 tickets. The only glitch is that I
don't know if the chunk value integer is configurable via workflow, though I
think I recall seeing an application once on which the user could change it
on the client, so maybe it is.
