You could use the Run Process command PERFORM-ACTION-TABLE-REFRESH to effectively configure the chunk size:
PERFORM-ACTION-TABLE-REFRESH <table_field_ID> [<start_row>] [<number to retrieve>] Refreshes a table. You can optionally specify a start row and a maximum number of rows to retrieve. -Aaron * Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Rick Cook Sent: Friday, January 26, 2007 10:10 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Ticket Query (part deux) ** Richard, I don't know if you saw my submitted idea, but it was to do a search of (('Entry ID' >= (nextId - 100)), put the results in a table field, sort it by Entry ID descending, and have a chunk value of 50 on the table field. That would give you the last 50 tickets. The only glitch is that I don't know if the chunk value integer is configurable via workflow, though I think I recall seeing an application once on which the user could change it on the client, so maybe it is. -- Rick Cook Cook Enterprises 253-278-4112 On 1/26/07, Richard Crosby <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: ** Thanks everyone for the ideas. It's more work than I expected and have no problem telling the customer "No". =) However, when I have time one of these days I plan to test out some of the ideas just for the learning experience.
