Hi,
My Administrator tool crashed also, right after collecting data about
forms on server.

---- from support
I have raised a bug SW00255846 for this problem, the only workaround
that I can suggest right now is to use a 6.3 admin tool to generate
the sync search database.
---
There was a similar bug fixed in Admin Tool 7.0 patch 2.
To get more logs on client side, you can set enviorment variable
ARAPILOGGING to 88
