Hi, My Administrator tool crashed also, right after collecting data about forms on server.
---- from support I have raised a bug SW00255846 for this problem, the only workaround that I can suggest right now is to use a 6.3 admin tool to generate the sync search database. --- There was a similar bug fixed in Admin Tool 7.0 patch 2.
