Subject: Need Help With ARS Web Service From iConclude (NMP) to Remedy
**
OK guys – I’m lost. We have the web service built – we can create a ticket, but we are having trouble getting the modify function working. I am totally unfamiliar with iConclude and the tech working with iConclude is also unfamiliar with iConclude and with Remedy. And, I admit, I’m not very savvy with web services – but learning fast.
We are on 6.3 Patch 16 – MS SQL – Mid-Tier 6.3 Patch 16 – Windows
Is there anyone out there that would be willing to help me – maybe directly offline since I don’t know of anyone else trying to set up this type of service?
Thanks in advance for any help.
