I am going through the pain of configuring the SMS discovery service as well, but I have yet to see the error you described. Just curious, is 5.6 a new install? The reason I ask is EIE 7.0 is compatible with Remedy 6.0 and above....could save you some upgrade pain in the future. ----------------------------------------------------------- Ryan M.
