I would think that you would need to set a specific RPC and TCP port on 
the RKM server, and open those ports for that host through the firewall.

Haven't yet played with this yet, so I couldn't tell you if RKM pays 
attention to the ARTCPPORT and ARRPC, but I would think it would.  *grin*

You'd need to configure your ARS server with a private rpc socket and 
define the tcp socket if not already done.  Having RKM on it's on RPC 
socket isn't a bad idea, even without the network locked down.
