Hey, Y'all:

Environment:
Server: ARS 6.3 P20 on Windows 2003  -remote SQL Server 2000
Client: ARS 6.3 P20 on Windows XP Professional.
Remedy AR User 6.3 Patch 20  crashes when clicking the Report icon.

OK, y'all the honeymoon period is over...I was just boasting yesterday
how great everything was going, since performing all of the Patch 20
installations.
Just wanted to know if anyone else out there is experiencing crashes
with the new Remedy AR User 6.3 Patch 20 client.

There is a behavior that so far today has caused the tool to crash
repeatedly. Here are the steps at least on my computer:
1.  Open a regular form in search mode
2.  Perform some type of search
3.  Select non-consecutive or consecutive entries from the Results list.
4.  Click the Report icon.
5.  The report window will open
6.  <pause a few seconds>
7.  Application error occurs.

I can duplicate this behavior, repeatedly.  I'll probably reboot and
hope that everything will be OK.  Or, I can simply use the 7.0.01P1 User
Tool.

Has anyone else experienced this or a similar issue with 6.3 P20?
