Hey, Rick: I'll make a note of that bit of quirkiness. So far, the 7.0.01 patch 1 import tool works for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, as this is the first import done on that version. So far its batting a 1000. I think 6.3 p20 is starting to show issues. Michelle

Remedy couldn't duplicate it (though I just did again last week), and so wouldn't bug it.
