The tech then has to follow up to make sure everything is still fine. One option is to set a counter in another form, every time a ticket is resolved, increment 1 to the counter; your survey email will be trigger once the counter reaches 100 or any number you set. Has anyone done this and what would be a good workflow approach to building this?
