We are on a Red-Hat Linux system. I got this problem and after trying all sorts of things, Remedy Support sent me this advice:
*** Edit the arsystem script (make a copy first) and modify this line: LANG=en_US.UTF-8 to this: LANG=en_US.utf8 Finally, before starting the arsystem, set these variables and then export them: locale = en_US.utf8 LANG=en_US.utf8 LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 *** I tried it and it worked. (I forgot to set the variables, but it worked anyway.)
