Same issue here. Licensing issues licenses on two different (trial) support 
IDs. I did not think anything of it at first since the admin tool happily 
accepted all of them, but then I kept getting errors about the app not 
being licenses or no floating licenses being available.

They had to re-issue about half of my licenses and I had to enter them all 
over again.

Anyone else thing there should be an easier way to enter a large number of 
licenses ?

Why can't BMC issue a license file that can simply be imported ?

It takes quite some time to enter the 40-50+ license types that are 
required for a full ITSM 7 install since each app has an app license as 
well as fixed and floating licenses.
