Basil, I second Robert's view of the Panacea tools and support.
I've also used the software for years and it is the real deal. I wouldn't care to even imagine doing ARS development without Pancea's software. Their support, despite crossing an ocean and several time zones, has been the best I have ever received from a software vendor. Heck, it's even better than we used to provide when I worked for a software vendor! I recommend that you don't evaluate the product unless you're going to be able to license it. Otherwise you will have to live with the knowledge that your ARS development could be more productive and effective! Nope, I have no financial interest in Panacea Workflow Systems. However, I am a user interested in having PWS continue to be a vendor to my employer. It is a big plus that they can give an evaluation on performance of workflow. We are finding that this has become an issue and therefore an all in one package is an advantage.
