Hello Ramón, I archived the entire ESP site before it was taken down. The download page for the esp_createentry tool lists the following versions:

Versions Available (Last Updated - Feb 14, 2000): [AIX 4.2] [AIX 4.3] [HPUX 10.X] [HPUX 11.X] [Solaris] [Windows 95/NT] I can send you a copy of any of these versions if that would be any help.
