What are the steps necessary to apply patches? Because we realized that running the installer is not the ONLY step in applying a patch.
This was what we had: Fresh install (Jan 07) - ARS 7.0.0 p2, Mid Tier 7.0.0 p2 This is what we have: Applied patch 1 (Feb 07) - ARS 7.0.1 p1, Mid Tier 7.0.1 p1 When we applied patch 1, 1. we went to the download site 2. search patch 001 for 7.0.1 3. click on download patch 4. click on installers 5. chose midtier.exe (and downloaded this) 6. run the midtier.exe Is this right? Did we also have to download the "files" folder? Do we have a choice to download either the installer OR the files to just copy over? What ARE the steps? Because after we did this, we got a LOT of bugs on midtier. We downloaded just the vanilla version of ClientCore.js for both mozilla and ie and most of the bugs flew away. Thoughts? Advice?
