Hello, I have a user that just decided to request that one of the canned Crystal Reports from ITSM 4.0.3 be fixed. This is the Case Details report, where the "Format with multiple columns" setting on the report itself needs to be unchecked in order to keep each page from printing two pages wide. I haven't had any luck pulling the report out of the macro to fix it myself, wrong Crystal version and such, so I was hoping someone here did it a while ago and could send me a def file of the "SHRR:HPD-Details-CR" active link, with the fixed report.
