I'm working on a test server:
Redhat Linux
Oracle 10g
ARS 6.3
The client wants to test to see if their customized ITSM 5.1 apps (on
ARS 5.x) will work on ARS 6.3 . We installed 6.3 and migrated all apps/
data/workflow to the 6.3 server. The next step was to install patch 20
to fix the DST issue. I used the installer and the install completed
successfully. Upon checking the error logs I noticed there was an
error regarding bustime.def.

I want to know if the DST issue will still exist because of this
error. Any ideas as to what happened? The errors are pretty
descriptive but I'm still curious as to why this could happen.
