Hi Mary Ann. I only had to do a manual install for the mid-tier files. The first install wiped out patch 16 that we had and did not display any patch including 20. Once we installed the files again, patch 20 displayed. I used the installers for the server and email.
Good luck! I installed Patch 20 over the weekend (using the installers) and the problem starting occuring. The problem only seems to be happening from Windows XP machines. When I access the Mid-Tier from our Windows 2000 server, it does not happen. What I did to temporarily solve the problem was to add a User Preference record for each user and set the Locale Timezone value in the record to America/Chicago (since all our users are on Central Standard Timezone). Lynn - did you manually replace all the files for the Server, Mid-Tier, and Email or just the files for the Mid-Tier? Thanks for the help.
