Theo,

Why post release announcements to ARSList?

If I register my server and version with the BMC Support application,
IT/THEY should be able to say:
"
Hey! That customer is using a "back version"(or patch) of this thing
that just became available to be downloaded. Let me go notify them
that this new patch can be found at <insert_URL_HERE>
"

( Then BMC Tech support would also get access to customer maintained
server information and they could stop asking us what ARS version our
servers are running at too.)

David,

Amidst of all the frustration about the patches (including myself)...

... Thanks for the heads up! It's appreciated!

Would it be possible for someone at BMC to take up the responsibility of
notifying the list once a patch has been made available and uploaded
completely?

Best Regards,
Theo
