Lisa, Are you using sometype of external authentication? Or is it "straight remedy"?

I installed the Mid Tier on our server and tried to do a simple login and I'm getting "invalid password or authentication string for an existing user" I have Mid Tier 6.3 installed on another server (pointing to the same ARS) and I'm able to sign on just fine. I'm able to sign on to the config.jsp pages on both servers just fine. Any ideas?
