An alternative may be to copy the \resources\standard\javascript\timezone\America_Indianapolis.js file into a new file called America_Atikokan.js in that same directory. I wouldn't recommend using New York as a base as Atikokan doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time, and is constantly in EST.
