I didn't think the arserver had to be patched for the mid-tier to work.
What happened below was that the ticket we were looking at was from Mar 21 of last year, so it is supposed to be a year off because the DST patches aren't year-specific. The only confusing thing is that in the user tool it is still correct. I would expect it to be off by an hour there too. Has anyone tested the java yet to see if it is off by an hour too during the three week window prior to DST last year, like the windows patch will be? I also checked the java version, and it's 1.5.0_06, which I thought showed to be DST compliant.
