Hey, I'm getting this same issue. Ours is a custom form, and if I have a Time field, then it is getting stamped 1 hr less than a Date/Time field.
I have posted a more elaborate post under the subject of "DST Test Results on March 11th 8:00AM" thread. I've not yet been able to find anything.
