Hello everyone, We have numerous web pages that send email templates to the arsystem, which creates entries in Remedy forms. The email engine then emails a reply that says that the entry was created, or says why not. Suddenly these replies have messages like:
------=_Part_59_189219.1173716855913-- and, of course, no entry gets created. I restarted the email engine and it helped for a bit, but now it is happening again, and restarting the email engine doesn't help anymore. I know what I should do is add "-Dmail.debug=true" to the "emaild.sh" script, but the email engine has it locked and to edit it I would need to shut down the system, which I don't want to do because people are using it. So has anyone out there come across this before and know what to do about it?
