And did you apply any OS patches to your Windows User Tool clients (or
allow them to be updated automatically by Windows Update)?

You applied the Solaris 9 OS patch for DST?

Subject: DST and TZupdater on 601 - worklog timestamp ok, other
timestamps not

After applying the TZupdater patch from Sun, we noticed that the
timestamps for Work Log entries were correct, but timestamps for other
fields like the Create Date were still incorrect.

Dates in the Windows User Tool on a patched Windows PC are correct.

Is there something else that needs changin or updating, or did I
misunderstand the DST Technical Bulletin for 601?

The things mentioned were web services, export, & a couple of other
things we thought would not be big issues for us, but I do notice a
sentence that says, "...workflow processed on the BMC Remedy Mid Tier
might be one hour off..." on page 2, though I don't specifically listed
in 4 issues charted as problems for 6.0.1.
