Hello Listers, We are facing a weird problem using a button as URL. The URL is suppose to be a mailto for opening a new mail message in outlook. It works fine on ar user client but on we we get text in the body as
Please put Case ID in the subject line. Here is what we are using as URL text <a href="mailto:xyz.xyz.com?subject=Escalation<xyz.xyz.com?subject=Escalation>| <Case ID>&body=Please put Case ID in the subject line.">Escalate through E-mail</a> If anyone has any ideas on this please do let us know.
