Well, this is an easy question that I probably either already do know or already should know.
So, here it is... Just how, exactly, does remedy communicate with the MS SQL database? Does remedy use an ODBC connection? If so, is that the AR System ODBC Driver that is listed under the User tab of Datasources (ODBC)?
