Hello All ARS 7.0.1 Patch 1 Win 2003 server Oracle 10g Email Engine 7.0.1 Java JDK 1.5.0_10
When I upgraded from ARS 6.3 to 7.0.1 I am running into the following errors with the email engine. When I tried to send an email, I get these errors Invalid class pointer. javax.mail.MessagingException: Invalid class pointer. at com.remedy.mail.mapi.MAPINative.createMessage(Native Method) at com.remedy.mail.mapi.MAPIMessage.createNative(MAPIMessage.java:240) at com.remedy.mail.mapi.MAPITransport.createNativeMessage(MAPITransport.java:120) at com.remedy.mail.mapi.MAPITransport.sendMessage(MAPITransport.java:60) at com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.SenderModule.sendMessage(SenderModule.java:359) at com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.SenderModule.doWork(SenderModule.java:211) at com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.ThreadBase.run(ThreadBase.java:268) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Has anyone seen this before, earlier I had the unable to login to MAPI ,error which I resolved it by running the Email Engine service as a domain account.
