Howdy, I've heard of Clarify but know very little about it, and can't find much info on the web.
We want to export or dump the existing trouble tickets from a Clarify system, and import them into Remedy 6.3. I can only speculate that Clarify has something similar to "Export" in Remedy User - if so, what is the export format(s)? OTOH if we can't even get a CSV file out of Clarify, what type of database(s) does it use? Looking through the ARSList archives, I see that a few people have asked about Clarify/Remedy integration, but we don't need anything so fancy, this is a one-time import. Unfortunately I don't know if Clarify has different "flavors" like Remedy (e.g. Help Desk, Asset Management, home-grown custom apps etc.) I am told that the system in question is "not out-of-the-box Clarify" which, based on what little I know, seems unusual.
