Since Clearwater is right outside Tampa, I highly recommend you go to the original Columbia restaurant in Ybor City. The food is fantastic, and they do live floor shows there. This is the original restaurant opened in 1905. Lots of history.
The dish I recommend is La Completa Cubana. You won't regret it.
