Hi John,
Select this check box if you are running Crystal Reports and there are field
names or form names in your reports that contain special characters.
Selecting this check box causes the special characters to be replaced by
underscores.
Hope that helps!

Nisha Ramtri

No it's not actually required. Although I highly recommend it so you stay
consistant with Reports created by Remedy.

ODBC use underscores / Crystal Reports Server

**
Listers,

Does anyone know if it is necessary to use "ODBC use underscores"
on the ODBC connection for Remedy when reporting with Crystal Reports
Server. I know for using Crystal through the User Tool it is necessary but
is it if you are using Crystal Reports server or Business Objects Enterprise
???

                        Thanks,
                                  John M. Kovalcik
