I had a question and was wondering if you could point me in the right direction. We would like to create a 4 Level Approval Process that gets routed to: 1. 1st level pre-defined approver 2. Requester's Manager 3. 2nd level approver 4. 3rd level approver The Requester's manager will always be defined as the 2nd level. How can I incorporate the Requester's manager into the process?
