Are you using a prefix of ABC? Fred ________________________________
From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Durrant, Michael M. - ITSD Sent: Thursday, March 29, 2007 9:27 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Remedy Administrator / Prefix view tab ** Listers, BMC Remedy Administrator Version 7.0.00 Patch 002 Jul 21 2006 19:18:09 The Prefix view does not work like I think it should. If I have Active Link ABC:MNO:alXYZ, I should see an Active Link called alXYZ in a folder called MNO inside another folder called ABC. Instead, I see the folders, icons for active links, forms, and filters, but I don't see any objects to select in the (Select an object type) pane. Is this an "undocumented feature" or am I not using it right? Thanks!
