We have a packaged application on top of remedy 7.0 and we have different companies and within those companies we have operational units and within them we have support-groups. Each support-group has a unique mailbox (inbound and outbound). The application is being used in many countries and so on and over half of the emails are for agents (notifications and reminders) and then there are emails between agents and customers as well. Yes, we have that many configuration records.
