I would like to create a menu so that when I use it for a list to
populate a field I see something like this:
Menu based on table x
col1
col2
col3
col4
...
Menu would display
col1 (col2)
and would return col3
I can make it display col1 and return col3, but when I add col2 to the
menu, I get submenus, and I don't want this.
Any ideas?
