Norm,

Look at the appearance tab of the view properties for the form in
question. The property in question is the web toolbar option towards
the bottom (Visible, Hidden). See Basic Guide, page 376.

Thanks,
Bruce

Subject: Getting Rid of the Search Bar at Top of Midtier Forms

**

Hi everyone:

I'm sure this is a piece of cake, but for the life of me I can't find
it. I have a display only form that I display on a 6.3 Midtier. The
form is display only, yet when I pull it up using a direct URL, the
Midtier includes the Search bar at the top of the page...you know, the
bar at the top that tells you what mode you're in and gives you the
button to switch to new mode, etc. How do I set it so that that bar
doesn't show at all?

Thanks,

Norm
