You have to wait for India to open.  They appear to handle the License
tickets these days.  I had no issues with them contacting me, just with the
level of knowledge ... maybe that wasn't even it ... the ability to
communicate the knowledge may be a better observation.  If you did a web
ticket, or can access the support website, put a note in there requesting
status of your issue.
