I would also suggest a command line option.

Take a wack at wget or maybe even (if needed) a Perl script to talk to
the web site. That should get the job done on any OS were the ARS
server can run.

If you wanted to get real fancy you could write an ARF plugin to do
the work. (Maybe even use the Java Scripting plugin to get the job
done with some Java code.)
