Those installers are starting to anger me a bit...

They always update the forms, so if you tweak the fields
(lengths/permissions/..) they are lost after running the xxxSetup.exe

That is why we have a set of forms which "Import after Install"...

Did you run the installer to upgrade the email engine?  It looks like
a size mismatch for an email address or login name.  Check the def
file for the email messages and email mailbox forms against the forms
on your server.
