You will have to create some custom workflow to capture the priority and most likely a new form to capture the data that is in the email. I thought I would post this one more time. Hi, We are using ARS version 6.03. Does anyone know if you can set the Priority in an email and have the email engine iterpret it for incoming emails? Can it interpret it without using email templates? I see a Priority field in the AR System Email Message form. When I send an email out via Outlook as High, the Priority is always set to a value of 3.
