Is the login.jsp in /shared/ perhaps the login.jsp from 6.3? If it is
the class looks to not exist in 7.0.1. The file Support.jar seems to
hold all the class files for com.remedy.arsys.support, but there is no
class named MessageTranslation.

I was thinking the same thing...but I can't seem to find a Jar with that
class in it...does anyone happen to know what Jar it is?

It looks like that jar that stores the class files for
com.remedy.arsys.support.MessageTranslation is not in your classpath.
As to the steps required to fix this in ServletExec, I can not help you.

I would say the first thing you should do is check your midtier install
directory to see if it has all the jar files it should.
